Job summary

Technical Needs is seeking a Machine Operator for a premier manufacturing facility in the Upper Valley region (Lebanon, NH). You will operate and monitor production equipment, uphold quality standards, and maintain a safe, efficient work environment.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing or machine operation, OSHA knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong problem-solving plus leadership abilities. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with contract-to-hire options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or machine operation.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
