Job Overview

Position: Textile Manufacturing Machine Operator - Bonding (Night Shift)

Details

Schedule: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am (12-hour rotating shifts)

Starting Pay Rate: $18.50/hour during training; over $20.00/hour during production

Responsibilities

• Work safely in a fast-paced production environment within a team
• Check quality and track orders
• Meet or exceed quality standards
• Maintain regular attendance
• Follow company processes and procedures
• Follow verbal and written instructions
• Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling materials or products
• Work cooperatively and respectfully with team members, vendors, and visitors
• Perform duties in variable temperatures, including hot weather
