Little ELF Products is a fast‑growing consumer products company, best known for its Shark Tank appearance, with a national retail presence, a strong Amazon business, and growing direct‑to‑consumer sales. We design and manufacture unique, consumer‑forward products that solve real problems, perform exceptionally well on social media, and stand out on shelf.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a hands‑on leader to own the day‑to‑day of how Little ELF products are made and delivered. This role is responsible for overseeing manufacturing, logistics, quality control, and inventory while building systems that support scale. This is a rare opportunity to join a small, nimble team at a pivotal and exciting growth stage. You will work closely with leadership while operating with a high level of autonomy, having a direct and visible impact on products that appear in millions of homes each year.

What You’ll Do
  • Production Coordination: Manage manufacturing timelines, coordination, and quality across the full production lifecycle.
  • Vendor Management: Own relationships with domestic and overseas suppliers, production facilities, and partners including routine visits for inspections, production oversight, and issue resolutions.
  • Logistics & Distribution: Schedule & coordinate factory pickups, freight forwarders, and deliveries. Receive, review, and inspect inbound shipments. Coordinate distribution across all appropriate warehouses, retail partners, and Amazon FBA centers.
  • Inventory Management: Track levels closely and work with vendors, warehouses, and partners to ensure accuracy, forecast demand, schedule production, and ensure availability.
  • Compliance & Testing: Navigate regulatory requirements and hands‑on factory level testing to ensure product integrity across all components.
  • Customer Service: Help resolve customer issues across websites, wholesale, and other sales channels.
  • Returns Management: Help to streamline return processing, inspection, and documentation.
  • Operational Strategy: Design scalable processes that support growth and cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Special Projects: Jump in on high‑priority initiatives as needed, bringing structure and execution to new challenges.
Who You Are

We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex moving parts, builds clarity from real‑world constraints, loves wearing many hats, and brings disciplined structure and reliability.

Accountability & Project Management
  • Skilled at aligning multiple vendors and suppliers toward shared goals and timelines
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects end‑to‑end, balancing timelines, budgets, and deliverables
  • Comfortable operating with autonomy while taking full accountability for results
  • Known as a “do‑er” with a “whatever it takes” mentality
Manufacturing & Operations
  • Experience in domestic and international manufacturing as well as inspections, sampling, and sustaining quality standards
  • Logistics knowledge, including DI shipments, trucking, 3PL operations, return processing, and fulfillment partners
  • Understanding of production schedules, leading vendors with clear expectations, and delivering on time or ahead of schedule
Collaboration & Relationship Management
  • Resourceful in resolving issues quickly and effectively under pressure
  • Highly responsive – quick to pick up the phone, reply promptly, and coordinate across time zones, including off‑hours
  • Strong ability to work cross‑functionally and communicate clearly with leadership, suppliers, and teammates
Bonus Experience
  • Background in consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) or startup environments
Why Little ELF Products

This isn’t just a job; it’s a chance to be the operational backbone of a company that’s scaling quickly. You will play a critical role in ensuring every item is produced with quality, care, and delivered on time. If you’re energized by building systems, solving problems, and bringing smart products to life, we’d love to hear from you.

Benefits
  • Flexibility & Autonomy: Remote‑first work with a schedule that fits your life.
  • High Impact: Your decisions will directly shape how the brand operates and scales across national retailers and e‑commerce.
  • High Ownership, Low Bureaucracy: Decisions move quickly. You will have real authority to make calls, improve processes, and work directly with vendors without layers of management.
  • Exposure Across the Business: This role sits at the intersection of product manufacturing, logistics, retail, and e‑commerce, giving you broad operational experience that is hard to get in larger organizations.
  • Small Team Environment: Work closely with company leadership in a collaborative and hands‑on environment.
  • Proven Brand with Momentum: Little ELF is already a proven product with strong retail and e‑commerce traction, offering the excitement of growth without early‑stage uncertainty.
  • Growth Potential: Join at a pivotal stage and grow alongside the company as we scale.
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Remote‑first with local on‑site collaboration
  • Paid time off and holidays
