Job summary

Nexus Employment is seeking a Manufacturing Logistics Forklift Technician for our Portage, IN site. You will operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and an electric pallet jack to move product safely and efficiently, loading and unloading trailers and coordinating with shipping to keep trucks on time.

This full-time role offers weekly pay, on-site work, and a team-oriented environment. Candidates should have at least 1 year of forklift experience and be ready to complete a written and driving

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of forklift experience required.
• Must be able to pass a written test.
• Must be able to pass a driving test.

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts and electric pallet jack.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers; stage and organize materials.
• Coordinate with shipping to ensure on-time truck loading.
• Perform general warehouse tasks as needed.

Pallets are staged, trailers are backed into docks, and your skill with both stand-up and sit-down forklifts keeps production moving.
