Job summary

Nexus Employment in Northwest Indiana is seeking reliable workers for production and packaging roles across multiple facilities. You may start on the line packaging finished goods, check labels for accuracy, and help stage light boxes for shipment.

No experience is required as training is provided. We offer weekly pay, 1st-3rd shift options, pay rates $13.00–$16.50 per hour, and a safe, clean environment with advancement opportunities.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift light packages/boxes.

Responsibilities

• Package a variety of products on a fast-moving production line.
• Inspect items to ensure quality standards are met.
• Apply and verify labels on products and cartons.
• Lift and move light packages/boxes prior to shipping.
• Hit daily production targets and support team output.
• Follow company policies, GMPs and safety procedures.
• Assist with warehouse/production projects as needed.
• Maintain a clean workstation and safe environment.
