Job summary

Leprino Foods in Greeley, CO invites applicants to join its Manufacturing Leadership Development Trainees program, a roughly 12-month intensive journey into modern manufacturing, people leadership, and cheese production operations.

Upon completion, you will become a Production Supervisor at one of Leprino's plants and contribute to continuous improvement with relocation support and a 5% annual bonus. Training hubs include Greeley, CO; Grand Rapids, MI; or Lemoore, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in industrial manufacturing, STEM field, or agricultural science/business field.
• Willingness to relocate for future assignments after graduation.
• Authorized to work for ANY employer in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Ability to spend 12 months in one of three training hubs (Greeley, CO; Grand Rapids, MI; or Lemoore, CA) before supervisor placement.
• Passion to work in the modern manufacturing world.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate technical/functional competence in manufacturing and quality processes.
• Develop and apply safety and people leadership skills.
• Assist with team leadership by supporting and implementing programs in operator training, safety, communications, performance recognition, and employee development.
• Help supervisor daily shift operations to deliver on manufacturing standards and quality parameters to meet targeted production volumes.
• Build and cultivate strong working relationships and a positive team environment.

StartingSalary:

Alltraineeswillstartatabasesalaryof$75,000,withaninitialrelocationassistancepackage(lump-sum)of$6,000.Upongraduationoftheprogram,Leprinooffersafullrelocationassistancepackage!Thispositionasanannualtargetbonusof5%ofannualearnings.
