Job summary

Leprino Foods Company in Greeley, CO is launching its Manufacturing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) to train future Production Supervisors in our nationwide network. Trainees will rotate through our processes, learn safety, quality, and people leadership.

Starting salary is $75,000 with relocation package $6,000, progression to supervisor with annual 5% bonus; relocation assistance on graduation and long-term opportunities.

Qualifications

• BS degree in industrial manufacturing, STEM, agricultural science, or related business field.
• Willingness to relocate for future assignments after graduation.
• US work authorization without sponsorship now or in future.
• Ability to spend 12 months in one of three hubs (Greeley, CO; Grand Rapids, MI; or Lemoore, CA).
• Passion for modern manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Learn and demonstrate technical/functional competence in manufacturing and quality processes.
• Develop safety and people leadership skills.
• Support supervisor operations and recommend efficiencies, costs savings, and quality improvements.
• Assist with team leadership and program implementation in training, safety, and performance recognition.
• Help supervise daily shift operations to meet production and quality targets.
• Build strong working relationships and foster a positive work environment.

StartingSalary:
