Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Manufacturing Lead Technician in Ironton, OH to oversee the entire production process for a set of products. You will plan, organize, and optimize workflows, ensuring the team meets specifications and quality standards.

You will lead a skilled team, coach staff, and resolve production issues while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. The role reports to the Production Plant Manager and requires hands-on supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with product or relevant role
• Strategic planning skills

• Understanding of machine controls and instrumentation
• Able to deal with complex issues in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks
• Provide product expertise within team, and respond to operator queries
• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching
• Resolving production problems
• Training employees
• Consistently promote high standards through personal example and roll out through the team so that each member of the team understands the standards and behaviors expected of them
• Facilitating team participation
• Enforces company policies and guidelines
• Contacts appropriate sources for repair issues
• Receive complaints and resolve problems
• Evaluates the condition of production equipment
• Work positively with support functions to fully define the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities. Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team
