Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Cultivation Technician I in Ironton, Ohio. The role supports the Cultivation department with day-to-day plant maintenance and sanitation tasks, with potential flex to veg, mom, and propagation as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 21+ age requirement, and background screening. Cultivation experience is preferred, and the role offers a comprehensive benefits package with PTO.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age (or 18 in CT, PA and WV).
• Must successfully complete a comprehensive background screening.
• Cultivation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical, repetitive agricultural tasks following supervisor directions.
• Climb ladders or work on elevated platforms as needed.
• Net and trellis flower plants.
• Load plants and place emitters.
• Tuck and spread plants as directed.
• Prune and defoliate plants.
• Use PPE according to company guidelines.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and bag plant material to keep grow room clean.
• Clean, sanitize, and store tools and equipment after use.
• Assist with cross-department duties as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
