Emerson’s Appleton Electric, a foundry in South Milwaukee, WI, is seeking Manufacturing Laborers/Sorters for 1st shift. You will sort and inspect metal castings to ensure quality and support production. The role pays $21.98/hour with opportunity for growth.

Overtime is available after 8 hours per day, with prorated two weeks vacation and up to 12 weeks paid parental leave. Ideal candidates value safety, teamwork, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand on feet for long periods, strength in arms and legs.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules
• Comply with and maintain areas to 5S standards
• Identify castings by type, perform a quality check and sort
• Use tooling equipment and hammer to break off gating
• Observe all company rules and regulations
