Shift/Hours: 1st Shift (8-9am to 4-5pm) / 40hrs

The Manufacturing Technician 1 is expected to work independently, perform laboratory functions involved in EKD production, follow SOPs and work instructions, and assist with day-to-day laboratory operations. Responsibilities include making and testing ELISA plates, formulating recombinant proteins, data entry, inventory maintenance, and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. The candidate should be familiar with quality systems and safety procedures, with basic computer skills.

**Minimum education:** High school diploma

**Work experience:** 0-2 years in biotech/science manufacturing labs, with knowledge of lab equipment operation.

**Responsibilities:**

• Make ELISA plates or recombinant proteins following SOPs and batch records.
• Scan batch records independently.
• Operate lyophilizer for lyophilization processes.
• Maintain a safe work environment following EH&S policies.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor following instructions.
