Job summary

Boar’s Head Brand is seeking an IT Systems Support specialist to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software, while providing user support across the plant and office environments.

Responsibilities include ITSM tooling oversight, LAN/WLAN support, printer and device maintenance, and creation of SOPs and training materials. Expect varied shifts and potential travel; experience in manufacturing IT is a plus.

Qualifications

H.S. diploma, electronic/computer training or certifications, two years of college a plus.
One to three years of experience in a technical supported manufacturing or distribution environment a plus.
A+ Certification a Plus, ITIL Certification a Plus

Responsibilities

Installs, configures, and repairs computer hardware and software; provides user support.
Oversees ITSM Tools and KPI compliance.
Supports LAN/WLAN administration and network troubleshooting.
Maintains printers and labeling devices; supports IT infrastructure.
Develops SOPs and training materials; documents knowledge management.
Work environment may include varying shifts and travel.
