• Analyze requirements with stakeholders to ensure solutions deliver desired business outcomes.
• Evaluate new applications and integrations to improve productivity.
• Build business cases and estimates with clear scope and timeline.
• Engage with vendors to find solutions aligned to the roadmap.
• Ensure scalable architecture aligns with business needs.
• Coach and mentor team members toward organizational goals.
