Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands in Rocky Mount, Virginia is hiring for a full-time position with a base pay of $18-19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include entering daily transactions, performing inventory counts, and assisting with maintenance-related tasks.

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products for residential and low‑rise non‑residential buildings in North America. Headquartered in Cary, N.C., we serve residential and commercial customers across the new construction and Repair & Remodel (R&R) markets.

Job Details

Base Pay: $18-19.00 per hour

Shift: Monday‑Friday 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Uses programs such as Excel, CMMS, and AS400 to enter daily transactions
• Hosts multiple requests from accounting and manufacturing
• Performs inventory counts and audits
• Assists with cycle counts and physical inventory processes
• Uses conversion charts as required
• Assists with purchasing and stocking of maintenance items

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Safety conscious, quality and detail oriented
• Basic math skills; able to read a ruler and use a calculator
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
• Good attendance – willing and able to work overtime if needed
• Strong mathematical and communication skills
• Proficiency in AS‑400 and MS Office applications
• Basic knowledge of inventory management preferred
• Organizational and analytical aptitude
• Collaborative, team‑oriented mindset
