Niagara Bottling in Lancaster is seeking a Manufacturing Intern for a 10–12 week summer program. Interns work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, rotating through multiple manufacturing areas and supporting project work aimed at continuous improvement.
You will gain hands-on experience with production methods, machines, and processes, attend department meetings, and present outcomes to leadership. Minimum requirement is being a current junior or rising senior pursuing a bachelor's degree,

Interns spend the summer working directly on high impact projects within one of our manufacturing departments. Interns work in a fast‑paced, innovative environment where they will be asked to be a key part of our operations. During this 10‑12 week internship, participants are encouraged to think outside the box and use a continuous improvement mindset to approach projects and come up with solutions. Interns gain hands on experience in work related to their field of study.
