Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations including production scheduling and material handling.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving to address production issues and minimize downtime.
• Support quality control measures to ensure product quality.
• Learn soldering and basic troubleshooting of equipment.
