Qualifications

• Completed at least one Career & Technical Education (CTE) course focused on a skilled trade.
• Interested in full-time employment immediately after high school graduation.
• High school diploma earned in 2026-27 from partner districts (Blue Valley/ Olathe Public Schools).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, material handling, and equipment maintenance.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing production metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Participate in problem-solving activities to address production issues and minimize downtime.
• Facilitate the implementation of quality control measures to ensure product quality.
• Learn technical skills such as soldering and troubleshooting equipment.

This position is available in Olathe, KS.

The exact worksite location will be selected based on business requirements and the candidate’s relevant experience and qualifications.

The hourly base range for this position is $18-$22/hr. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
