Niagara is seeking a Manufacturing Intern for our Hazleton, PA plant. The role offers hands-on exposure to various manufacturing areas, helping you learn production methods, machines, and processes while supporting project research and decision making.

You will rotate through departments, attend meetings, and prepare a culminating presentation on your internship experience and outcomes for leadership review. Current students pursuing a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through multiple manufacturing areas to understand processes.
• Assist plant team with production methods, machines, and processes.
• Support research on new and existing projects and assist decision making.
• Prepare a presentation detailing internship projects and outcomes.
• Attend meetings and contribute to action plans.
