Job summary

onsemi is offering a Manufacturing Integration Engineer Intern position at our EFK Hopewell Junction site. This internship provides hands-on experience in advancing manufacturability of next‑generation discrete power FET technologies with high technical ownership.

You will support improving manufacturing stability for trench technologies, apply CpK and structured problem solving, and explore AI solutions to automate daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor manufacturing courses.
• Proficiency with DOE, statistical analysis, SPC, Six Sigma, and FMEA.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities
