Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group in the United States seeks an engineering professional to design and implement tooling, plan assemblies, and develop manufacturing workflows aimed at reducing cost.

Responsibilities include standardization, CN/DOU documentation, lean rollout, time‑motion studies, 5S support, layout updates, BOM and routing, and ongoing interaction with customers to drive continuous improvement. Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required; ME is an added advantage.

• Creating & updating standard operating procedures, CN and DOU the process.
• Develop manufacturing process flow and with reduce cost.
• Systematic layout planning, production planning & control.

• Racking system design for material stack up.
• Validation of Racks and cart based on the load capacity.
• Designing of cart and special purpose material handling devices.
• Designing of Templates and special purpose tools for productivity improvements.
• Quality checking gauges.
• Complete CN work support at level E4 stage.
• BOM & ROUTING.
• Costing for parts and assembly.
• Make Vs Buy process support.
• Annual consumption validation support.
• Material flow and standardization process support.
• Daily follow up with projects and interaction with customer.
• Supporting to continuous improvement process.
• 5S line support for line implementation.
• Layout preparation and updates based on the new process setup.
