Job summary

Solx in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, is seeking an Industrial/Manufacturing Engineer to design line layouts, optimize material flow, and balance stations to improve throughput as we scale toward 1 GW.

You will develop standard work, takt time, and capacity models; lead Lean/Six Sigma projects; specify tooling and fixtures; and track OEE and labor productivity while partnering with automation, quality, and operations on ramp readiness.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years in manufacturing or industrial engineering
• CAD and data-analysis proficiency
• Strong communicator who drives change on the floor
