Holding people accountable from a safety perspective, especially in general assembly.
1st / 2nd / 3rd will most likely have rotation
Training starts on 1st shift
1st Shift: 6:00am to 2:00pm
2nd Shift: 2:00pm to 10:00pm
3rd Shift: 10:00pm to 6:00am
