Job summary

ASML is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Group Lead to manage daily production in a fast-paced environment. You’ll lead teams, develop staffing strategies, and collaborate with engineering, planning, and quality to meet safety, quality, and delivery targets.

You will drive improvements, coach leaders, and ensure operational stability while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. This role emphasizes teamwork, data-driven decisions, and a strong safety culture at ASML facilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 7+ years in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership or operational leadership experience.
  • Experience managing production performance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methods.

Schedule: First Shift Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:30pm

Role and Responsibilities

You will:

  • Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
  • Coach, develop, and support Team Leads, specialists, and technicians.
  • Develop staffing plans and build workforce capability to meet production demands.
  • Partner with engineering, planning, quality, and logistics teams to resolve operational challenges.
  • Support new product introductions and production ramp activities.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and operational stability.
  • Communicate production performance, risks, and priorities to leadership and business partners.
Education and Experience

To be successful as a Manufacturing Operations Group Lead, you should have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Seven or more years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • Three or more years of people leadership or operational leadership experience.
  • Experience managing production performance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methods.
  • Lean Yellow Belt certification or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, SAP, or other enterprise resource planning systems.
  • Hands‑on experience working with manufacturing equipment, tools, and production processes.

Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work in a Cleanroom environment (constant 72F; working under ISO 9001/14001 standards)
  • Must be able to work in full PPE (full body coveralls, hood, clean room safety shoes, face mask, nitrile gloves, safety glasses) for entire duration of shift and re-gown multiple times per day
  • Routinely required to sit, walk, talk, hear, use hands to keyboard, use fingers to handle and feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach and stretch
  • Must be able to perform solo lifts and/or move up to 20 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required – close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Must be able to work with/on ladders, work on platforms, work around chemicals, operate overhead cranes, fork trucks and motorized pallet jacks.
  • There is potential for exposure to strong magnetic fields, high voltage and currents
