Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic measurements with gauges, rulers, calipers.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.
• Flexibility to work in multiple manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, production, fabrication, packaging, and material handling as assigned.
• Operate equipment according to procedures and safety requirements.
• Use tools and measuring devices safely and effectively.
• Read blueprints and production instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality.
• Identify and report quality concerns or malfunctions.
• Move and transport materials around the facility.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety policies.
• Cross-train and work in different roles as needed.
