Responsibilities

• Lead a team of five directs to operate the facility safely and meet KPIs
• Plan facility changes, layouts, staffing and resources cost-effectively
• Monitor cost, quality, safety, and appearance standards
• Collaborate with managers to plan and monitor manufacturing performance
• Resolve daily production issues to meet volume, yield, quality and cost targets
• Identify deficiencies and guide timely corrective actions
• Liaise with commercial teams, customers, and agencies
• Review downtime, labor, and material usage to identify improvements
