Job summary

Advanced Personnel Resources, Inc. in High Point is seeking Production Associates/General Laborers. Ideal candidates have 6+ months in manufacturing and can work overtime. Shift runs 6/7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday with overtime and weekends as needed.

Duties include supporting daily production, material handling, assembly, packaging, loading, quality checks, and maintaining safety and logs. Benefits include medical, dental, life, disability, direct deposit, holiday pay, and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Proven record of good attendance.
• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment.
• Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents.
• Physically capable of manual lifting that includes bending and reaching; ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• The General Laborer will assist in supporting the daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and product excellence.
• Assist with various aspects of the manufacturing process, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintenance.
• Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.
• Assist with the preparation and assembly of signs, including cutting, sanding, and painting materials.
• Visually inspect products and packaging for defects.
• Accurately complete production logs and other documentation.
• Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper storage and organization.
• Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet client standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
