Job summary

ResourceMFG is hiring Manufacturing General Laborers in Texas to support daily production operations across all shifts. You will feed materials into production machines, inspect quality, and help keep work areas clean and organized to meet daily production goals.

The role requires some construction or production experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and standing for long periods. Steel-toe boots are required; benefits and weekly pay are provided.

• Some manufacturing or production experience preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Steel toe boots required.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into production machines and remove finished products.
• Stack, bundle, and palletize.
• Perform visual quality inspections throughout production.
• Keep production and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
• Meet daily production goals and timelines.
• Perform other production-related tasks as assigned.
