Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production worker in Grand Rapids, MI to meet daily production standards and maintain safe, clean work areas. You will follow safety instructions, report issues, and cooperate with a team to ensure quality throughout all shifts.

Responsibilities include adhering to safety and quality requirements, notifying leads when stepping off line, and performing duties as assigned while following all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Understand and complete safety training.
• Able to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues.
• Works well in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on assignments within required time.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas.
• Follow safety specifications, instructions, and requirements.
• Responsible for safety and quality throughout production.
• Notify a Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality.
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
