Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a production associate to help meet production standards while maintaining safety and quality on the line. This role requires the ability to understand verbal and written instructions and to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will be responsible for keeping your area clean, reporting waste or issues to the Lead or Supervisor, and following all safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a Manufacturing Environment
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Understand plant safety guidelines and pass all required safety training
• Must be able to understand verbal and written instructions
• Troubleshoot problems and report issues
• Must work well in team environment

Responsibilities

• Meet production standards on specific assignments within required time
• Maintain good housekeeping and clean work areas in assigned space
• Perform all assignments in accordance with safety specifications, instructions, and requirements
• Be responsible for safety and quality throughout production
• Notify Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping off the line to ensure safety and quality
• Report all production waste/issues to Production Lead or Supervisor
• Perform other duties as required by Supervisor or Manager
• Follow all company policies and procedures
