Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or general labor role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to50 lbs consistently) and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and safety protocols.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and potentially noisy environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs consistently or as needed.
• Ability to work in various environments, including dusty or gritty conditions, and wear protective equipment as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Palletizing products for shipment, transfer, or storage.
• Cement lining to ductile iron fittings by hand or with equipment.
• Operate manufacturing machinery safely and according to schedules.
• Sandblasting surfaces to remove debris, rust, or coatings.
• Paint and coat surfaces to ensure smooth finishes.
• Assemble parts and components according to specifications."
• Lift and move parts and materials as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
