Job summary

Maker's Pride is hiring for multiple general labor roles across our facilities in Illinois. Prior manufacturing experience isn’t required; a strong work ethic, teamwork, and adherence to GMPs are essential.

Roles include mixing, weighing, packaging, and supplying lines with product, with a focus on reliability and safety. Employees must follow GMPs and safety policies, read and write English, and be capable of standing, lifting, and working across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn.
• Sufficient math skills.
• Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Ability to read and write in English preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination.
• Supply production lines as needed.
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets.
• Maintains works area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.
