Nexus Employment Solutions Plus, Inc. is hiring for Production General Labor / Manufacturing Associate positions in Bolingbrook, IL. These are full-time, temp-to-hire opportunities with overtime in a growing manufacturing environment.

You will assist with production tasks, feed/catch, palletize, inspect products for quality, and follow GMP and safety procedures. Lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for long periods are required; 12-hour shifts and Saturdays may be needed.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
• Must be dependable and able to maintain good attendance.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive work.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Available to work 12-hour shifts and Saturdays when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production and manufacturing operations.
• Feed, catch, stack, sort, and package finished products.
• Palletize, wrap, label, and prepare finished materials.
• Move and stage materials throughout the production area.
• Inspect products for obvious defects or quality concerns.
• Follow GMP, food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety procedures.
