Job summary

HiTHIUM Energy Storage is seeking a Manufacturing Fulfillment Manager to synchronize planning, materials readiness, and production execution across multiple internal teams. You will own the daily fulfillment performance, translate demand into clear production priorities, and drive on-time, in-full delivery to customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, materials management, fulfillment, or related operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production control, material requirements planning (MRP), and factory execution processes.

Job description

The Manufacturing Fulfillment Manager is responsible for coordinating and driving end-to-end manufacturing fulfillment activities to ensure products are completed and delivered on time and in full. This role serves as the primary link between Supply Chain, Materials, Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer/Project teams to align material readiness, production execution, and delivery commitments. The position focuses on production fulfillment, schedule attainment, constraint management, and cross-functional execution to support operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Own manufacturing fulfillment performance against committed production schedules and customer delivery requirements.
  • Translate customer demand and delivery commitments into clear production priorities and execution plans.
  • Monitor production progress against the master production schedule and identify risks to schedule attainment.
  • Maintain visibility of planned versus actual production performance and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Materials, Production, Quality, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure fulfillment requirements are met.
  • Assess material readiness and identify shortages, supplier delays, or logistics constraints that may impact production schedules or customer deliveries.
  • Facilitate prioritization and allocation decisions when competing production requirements exist.
  • Track production orders through the complete fulfillment process, including material availability, production execution, quality release, packaging, and shipment readiness.
  • Identify production, material, capacity, quality, and logistics constraints and proactively drive resolution activities.
  • Develop and coordinate recovery plans to address schedule disruptions and protect customer delivery commitments.
  • Escalate fulfillment risks and constraints with clear communication regarding schedule impact, customer impact, responsible ownership, and recovery actions.
  • Coordinate manufacturing priorities across multiple products, projects, and customer orders.
  • Provide accurate production status, fulfillment updates, and delivery forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report key performance indicators related to production fulfillment, schedule attainment, material readiness, and customer delivery performance.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to manufacturing fulfillment, production planning, operational processes, and cross-functional execution.
  • Collaborate with business partners to improve fulfillment processes, reduce lead times, and enhance overall operational performance.
  • Drive accountability for cross-functional actions required to achieve production and delivery commitments.
  • Other duties as assigned to support manufacturing fulfillment and operational effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, supply chain, materials management, fulfillment, or related operations roles.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing planning, production control, material requirements planning (MRP), and factory execution processes.
  • Experience working with production schedules, material availability, customer delivery commitments, and fulfillment activities.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive results across multiple functions without direct reporting authority.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and operate effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in complex, high-volume, engineered, project-based, or custom manufacturing environments.
  • Experience in energy storage, battery manufacturing, renewable energy, power generation, or related industrial manufacturing environments.
  • Knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE), production control, capacity planning, constraint management, and material planning.
  • Experience coordinating activities across Supply Chain, Production, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer/Project teams.
  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, or comparable ERP platforms.
  • Experience supporting customer delivery commitments in manufacturing environments where production schedules are linked to project milestones.
