Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive finance experience in manufacturing FP&A.
• Strong costing, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range plan for manufacturing and related functions.
• Develop financial models for production volumes, mix, materials, labor, and overhead costs.
• Ensure alignment between S&OP plans and financial forecasts.
• Own standard costing, absorption, variance analyses, and track cost-reduction opportunities.
• Partner with plant leadership to drive lean improvements and monitor cost drivers.
• Prepare monthly financial reviews and key KPI dashboards for profitability and working capital.
