Job summary

Jackson James partners with a leading Microsoft Partner to appoint a Senior Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant. You will own manufacturing-focused ERP solutions across the full project lifecycle, from discovery to go-live and optimisation, tailoring BC to manufacturing, inventory, and supply chain needs.

You will engage with clients to document requirements, configure modules, run workshops, and deliver training while supporting data migration, testing, and post-implementation

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting Dynamics 365 BC and/or NAV.
• Strong manufacturing functional expertise and ERP integration knowledge.
• Ability to gather requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead BC manufacturing implementations, upgrades, and post-go-live optimisation.
• Document processes and translate business needs into BC configurations.
• Deliver end-user training and create training materials.
• Support data migration, system testing, and UAT.
• Work with clients, project managers, and technical teams to ensure success.
• Travel to client sites up to 25% for workshops and go-lives.
