Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking workers to support the Finishing department and other manufacturing areas. The role includes moving materials, assembling small components, preparing rails, and assisting with packing and finishing processes.

You will help maintain inventory and participate in continuous improvement efforts. A High School diploma or GED is required, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and read a tape measure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis.
• Previous experience with hand tools.
• Ability to complete basic mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read a tape measure.

Responsibilities

• Assist other team members with moving materials and operate equipment as directed.
• Assemble small components and prep rails for assembly.
• Maintain inventory, assist packing, and support finishing and drying processes.
• Inspect parts for quality and report damage.
• Support housekeeping and continuous improvement projects.
