You will work across departments as needed while keeping a clean, organized workstation. In this role you will help meet productivity targets and quality goals, participate in comprehensive training, and adapt to varying hours and shifts.

Qualifications

• Able to meet productivity goals (e.g., 22 pairs per hour within training stages).
• Able to meet quality goals.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, intense environment.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to vary hours as required.
• Demonstrates a good work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Follow FIFO guidelines when proceeding to the next order.
• Read and understand the order correctly to start the assembly process (Top to bottom).
• Start with the external assembly process and assemble components.
• Test handle for proper mechanism function (check tightness).
• Trainees must complete Hour by Hour sheet with dates, times, and discrepancies.
