Overview

Position: Manufacturing Finance Manager at a leading aerospace company in Stuart, FL. This is a critical role where you'll provide strategic financial guidance and ensure the profitable execution of our production activities.

Base pay range: $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Provide detailed variance analysis and insights into business performance.
• Manage cost accounting functions and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Partner with site leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous process improvements to streamline financial reporting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
