Bio‑Rad Laboratories, Inc. in Hercules, CA is seeking a Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis for the Manufacturing site, partnering with plant leadership to deliver accurate plans and strategic insights.

You will manage cost accounting tasks, support month-end close, and contribute to audits, while driving process improvements and robust reporting for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Public accounting or corporate finance experience in manufacturing or supply chain, R&D and consolidations.
• Proficient with SAP, PowerBI and enterprise planning tools.
• Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, Sumifs, Sumproduct and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis for the Mfg Site & Director with high accuracy.
• Develop and maintain business case models for cost optimization and productivity initiatives.
• Provide actionable insights from scorecards, spends, absorption and inventory data to leadership.
