Job summary

FUJIFILM Electronic Materials, U.S.A., Inc., in North Kingstown, RI, seeks a Controller to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, ensure accuracy and GAAP compliance, and support the Director of Finance with strategic analyses.

The Controller will oversee staff, enforce internal controls, manage cost accounting and inventory, and partner with operations and supply chain on costing, yield, variances, budgeting and long‑range planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field required.
• CPA or CMA designation preferred; MBA is a plus.
• 10–12 years of progressive accounting experience with at least 5 years supervisory responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Manage general ledger, journal entries, reconciliations, and period-end close.
• Lead cost accounting, inventory control, and variance analysis.
• Develop and enforce internal controls; support audits and regulatory reporting.
• Lead and mentor accounting staff; drive continuous process improvements.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams on budgeting and long-range planning.
