GROB Systems, Inc. in Bluffton, OH is seeking a finance professional to support the CFO and Controller in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.

This role focuses on identifying discrepancies and helping establish strong control systems within a manufacturing environment. Key duties include collaborating with production to set budgets, analyzing variances, costing analysis, and driving inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with production departments to set department budgets.
• Analyze & report budget variances to management.
• Calculate production rates and analyze variances for costing & pricing usage.
• Report production productivity with department leaders.
• Drive inventory accuracy through accurate material costing, inventory testing & reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and comply with accounting policies, procedures, & controls.
• Support internal & external audits.
