Job summary

GROB Group in Bluffton, Ohio is seeking a finance analyst to support CFO and Controller in preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts. You will help identify discrepancies and assist in establishing robust control systems.

Responsibilities include collaborating with production to set department budgets, reporting variances, analyzing costing for production efficiency, and ensuring inventory accuracy with regular costing and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong data analysis and forecasting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Education & Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role in a manufacturing environment
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• SAP experience preferred
