Lactalis Heritage Dairy, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is hiring a Financial Analyst based in Tulare, CA. The role supports the profit center director with cost analysis, budgeting, SAP processes, and profitability studies across multiple product lines.

The ideal candidate brings strong Excel skills, SAP experience, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset to improve month-end closings and cost controls. Relocation flexibility may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 3+ years of proven experience in standard cost and accounting within the food industry.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO and Material Ledger processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost analysis and variance reporting for manufacturing.
• Lead internal control activities applying GAAP.
• Develop automated reporting tools within SAP to streamline cost analysis and variance reporting.
• Support new product launches with accurate cost simulations and profitability analysis.
• Set up Operations results dashboards and monitor cost variances in real time.
