Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Manufacturing to lead the plant's financial planning and reporting, ensuring policy integrity, internal controls, and accurate forecasts. You will drive cost accounting and contribute to monthly close, with a focus on bridging gaps and improving processes.

You will collaborate with plant leadership on budgets, variances, and KPI performance, leveraging SAP/Hyperion knowledge and advanced Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or similar is required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of related experience.
• Strong understanding of general and cost accounting principles.
• ERP and financial systems experience (SAP, Hyperion) preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of the Annual Operating Plan with cost standards.
• Oversee weekly/monthly reporting of costs and KPI analysis.
• Analyze variances to target and report findings to management.
• Identify process improvements in financial planning and reporting.
• Support month-end close and ensure internal controls.
