Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred; CPA or CMA a plus.
• 3+ years of accounting and/or finance experience; manufacturing experience highly desirable.
• Corrugated, printing, packaging and/or related finance experience in a manufacturing environment highly desirable.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide accounting and analytical support to maximize the financial return for the facility.
• Prepare and analyze operational results, trends, profitability, budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with plant, operations, and functional leadership to identify cost savings opportunities and efficiencies.
• Support EBITDA reporting, performance reviews, and related reporting activities.
• Develop processes to improve accounting efficiency and data quality and internal controls.
• Assist Controller in maintaining and enhancing internal controls and policies.
• Provide financial analysis and interpretation of standards and policies.
• Prepare journal vouchers and participate in month-end close activities.
• Perform daily financial activities and support multiple facilities within the complex.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting tools and automate processes.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and capital investment manuals.
