Job summary

Tyson Foods, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting for a designated business area. You will assist with forecasts, budgeting processes, and cross-functional alignment to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 1+ years of relevant experience, plus strong Excel and ERP skills in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1+ years accounting/finance experience; manufacturing/plant preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and Word; ERP systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial data and reporting inputs.
• Support weekly/monthly close activities and reporting.
• Provide insights on operation results and cost savings.
• Assist with production reporting and inventory analysis.
• Prepare CIRs and participate in the Annual Operating Plan.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure policy compliance.
