Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's in Finance or Business Administration and 3+ years in manufacturing finance, with SAP ERP experience. Expect strong inventory analysis and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of finance experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience with SAP ERP system preferred.
• Cost accounting and product costing variances in manufacturing.
• Ability to build SQL queries and create Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly cost simulations and annual cost roll activities; investigate and resolve costing errors with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarize with PK reduction programs; track financial impact and align project team on financial status.
• Actively monitor inventory status; perform reconciliation, analyze inventory costs, and support timely closing.
• Drive inventory reduction through analysis; participate in meetings and forecast inventory balance and cost (P&L).
• Support annual audit requests focusing on inventory and costing.
