Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a Manufacturing Finance professional in Michigan to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial results, forecasts, and KPIs, communicating insights to management. You will prepare timely month-end close reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations, and support SOX testing and internal controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related degree.
• General understanding of core Finance or Accounting principles.
• Willingness to grow and develop a career in Manufacturing Finance.
• Ability to budget, forecast, and report actuals through the monthly close process.
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial results, forecasts, and KPIs and communicate insights to management.
• Prepare month-end close reporting, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Perform SOX testing and support compliance with internal controls.
• Coordinate with corporate finance to meet reporting requirements and deadlines.
• Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and cross-functional teams to drive cost reduction and improvements.
• Manage recurring processes such as overtime reporting, manpower allocations, labor analysis, and other operational reporting.
• Assist with special projects, financial analyses, and ad hoc reporting requests.
