Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. in Sioux City, IA seeks a Finance/Accounting professional to perform month-end close, prepare margin reports, and support budgeting and cost analysis for the galvanizing division. You will partner with operations to identify cost savings and improve processes.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and 3–5 years in manufacturing cost accounting; strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge are expected. This is a full-time, exempt role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3–5 years progressively responsible accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.
• Demonstrated experience in budgets, general ledger, financial analysis, cost accounting, financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Perform month end close procedure and analyze monthly financial reports.
• Prepare comprehensive monthly gross margin report and project profitability.
• Assist in budgeting, P&L forecast, and annual budgets for galvanizing division.
• Analyze manufacturing costs and compare actual to forecast and budgets.
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly cycle counts.
• Support external audit process with documentation.
