CS Power Systems, a cutting-edge division of Canadian Solar, seeks an Accountant II for our new US factory in Indiana. The role leads AP/AR teams, oversees billing, GL, cost accounting, and revenue recognition, ensuring accurate financial reporting.

You will partner with supply chain and operations, manage month-end close, and assist in audits. A degree in accounting/finance and 6+ years manufacturing accounting experience are required; US GAAP knowledge and SAP experience are assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA progress preferred.
• 6+ years of manufacturing accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, risk and controls.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with sound judgment and hands-on approach.

Responsabilidades

• Lead AP and AR teams to ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Oversee Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory, Revenue recognition.
• Assist in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Participate in year-end audit and respond to requests from external auditors.
• Establish and maintain account management procedures per GAAP.
• Collaborate with supply chain and operations to ensure data integrity.
• Monitor compliance with federal/state regulations.
• Estimate operating costs and develop budgets/forecasts.
• Train and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Contribute to strategic finance and other projects as needed.
